How can I become a member?

Membership is free! Go to our home page and in the top right corner click "My Account".

Please note: Customers are only allowed to create one account. Additional accounts found will be deactivated and credits earned under secondary accounts will be voided.

Do I have to register myself before making a purchase?

We advise you to register at all to enjoy a superior shopping experience every time you visit us. You will get a shopping voucher on registration and we will also keep you updated on your orders and refunds through SMS/email. We will require you to register at checkout.

How do I change my account information?

You can change your account information by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the home page.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?

The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability.

How do you communicate the dispatch and delivery details?

We will keep you informed through SMS & Email till your purchase is delivered to you.

I have placed an order, how soon will I receive the same?

Thank you for shopping. Your purchase will be delivered at your shipping address within 7 - 21 working days of placing an order.

Are packages insured?

Your packages are fully covered.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Currently, we do not have a loyalty programme on our website but we are working on it.

How can I cancel an order that I placed online?

You may cancel your order by reaching us at support@fitgenix.shop we will happy to assist you. However, an order can be cancelled only before the product(s) has been shipped out of the warehouse, which is generally within 2-4 hours of placing the order.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I shop on FitGenix?

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on FitGenix. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.
