We here at FitGenix understands the value of time and commitment. Our Shipping team, located in Austin, Texas works at optimum efficiency to get your orders out as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2-4 days of order placement, and delivered within 5-7 weeks depending upon the particulars of that order. Unless the Holiday season is upon us or the specific items are high in demand, your order will be processed and delivered within the time frame mentioned. How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order checking our email communication, by logging into your account or inquiring via support ticket.

How do I cancel/change my order?

We ask you to contact us immediately via support ticket to request any changes or cancellations for your order. Unfortunately, once your order enters the shipping process, we might be unable to cancel or make alterations. Try to make changes to your orders before it enters the shipping process.
